About This Competition
Introducing Tamdhu 21 Year Old. The oldest whisky in Tamdhu’s core collection, every drop of this special single malt is matured solely in the finest Oloroso sherry oak casks crafted in the family cooperages and Bodegas of Jerez.
Offered at 47.5% ABV and non-chill filtered, the whisky displays aromas of Sherried oak, chocolate, sultanas, toffee, cinnamon porridge oats, mocha, and marzipan. On the palate, it offers additional notes of Christmas cake with Sherry-soaked raisins and candied oranges.
Limited to 12000 bottles annually, the octagonal bottle comes in a royal green gift case featuring a Spanish-Moorish design inspired by the Southern Spanish Sherry casks used for maturation. The box, with a metallic Tamdhu monogram, reveals an inner case and a slide drawer containing a tasting notes booklet. The closure is gold wood, adorned with a gold branded capsule.
This competition also has 40 instant win prizes:
20 x £5 site credit
10 x 5 Bonus tickets for September’s subscribers bottle (will be revealed 3rd week Sept)
5 x bonus entry for the Lagavulin madeira coompetition
5 x spin on our brand new “Lucky Sip” wheel during the Live draw
