About This Competition

In partnership with the Transport for London, London-based Bimber Distillery recently launched The Spirit of the Underground Collection. The collection of self-described iconic single malt whiskies celebrate the heritage and diversity of the distillery’s home city. Each bottle in the new collection features a different station on the London Underground network, which is the oldest underground railway service in the world.

Four of the most well-known Tube stations were showcased in the first release: Waterloo, Baker Street, Kings Cross St. Pancreas and Oxford Circus. Bimber plans to release more TfL-themed bottlings in the future, selecting from the 270 stations on the network. New expressions will be added in four single-cask batches at a time, eventually populating each of the Underground’s 11 lines. Suffice to say, we think this will be an extremely collectible series in the years to come.

This is a rare opportunity to sample all 4 whiskies from the first release!! Seeing as purchases were limited to 1 per person not many would have managed to get their hands on all 4 bottles. The tasting pack consists of 4 x 30 ml drams and is accompanied by a live virtual tasting. This is definitely one not to miss. Only 30 tickets available so get in early!
