Believe it or not, but we are coming up to our 1 year anniversary & we have never featured an Irish whiskey on the site. Obviously this needed rectifying & what better time to do it than to celebrate that very special Irish holiday- St. Patricks Day! Yay!

So here you go folks, the heavily pursued Midleton Very Rare – 2021 edition. Chosen from the most exceptional quality single pot still and single grain Irish whiskeys laid down over the past four decades, Midleton Very Rare 2021 is aged from 13 to 35 years in lightly charred ex-bourbon American oak barrels.

This 36th edition of MVR is also the very first expression conjured under the helm of master distiller Kevin O’Gorman.
