Following on from the Halloween Ardbeg, we move a couple of islands North to spectacular Skye. This is the 3rd outing for an 8 yr old Talisker as part of the Special releases, I am a HUGE fan. The first is near legendary.  Last years Rum cask finish was delicious according to our pal Serge. This year we have an extra peaty Talisker!

The theme of Diageo’s 2021 Special Releases is Legends Untold, and the bottlings all feature references to stories (real and imagined) surrounding the distillery. Given Talisker’s coastal home, it should come as no surprise to see a rather imposing sea monster upon its label!
