The Glenmorangie 12 Year Old Côte de Beaune Wood Finish is a rare and discontinued limited edition released in 2003, part of the distillery’s early experiments with wine cask finishing.
After the first 10 years in ex-bourbon, it spent the final 2 years in Premier Cru red wine casks sourced from the Côte de Beaune region of Burgundy. This is a rare expression of herbaceous Glenmorangie. Not quite its signature profile but certainly one for the hardcore fans to tick off their list. Only 3000 bottles were ever released.
