Overflowing with indulgent attributes of forest fruits, warming mocha and Medijool dates, this remarkable single malt exemplifies Master Distiller Billy Walker’s flair for wood innovation. This Glenallachie was matured for 17 years, including a finishing period in five Pedro Ximenez sherry butts previously used in a 55 year old Solera system. This release was exclusively available at the distillery shop earlier this year & limited to 3000 bottles.
