This is flagship 15 yr old Dalwhinnie that has been finished in Oloroso. The Distillers Edition was & potentially still is an annual release * with this line  hitting shelves since 1995. This is the very first 1st inaugural distiller’s edition with whisky coming off the stills in 1980.

Dalwhinnie is a medium-bodied malt whisky, which offers a light, fruity palate with notes of honey, vanilla, and almonds, complemented by a subtle hint of heather on the finish. The gentle warmth and a touch of smoke round out the experience. Part of Diageo’s Classic Malt range
