Aged for 5 years and finished in a single oloroso sherry cask, this limited-edition single malt is a symphony of seasonal flavours. Bottled at cask strength (58.1% ABV) and limited to just 287 bottles, it captures the essence of Christmas in every sip.

Bimber’s signature fruity spirit, achieved through traditional methods including long fermentation and direct-fired stills, is beautifully complemented by the rich influence of the sherry cask. Expect indulgent notes of chocolate, toffee, and spiced orange, with a warming finish of Christmas cake and clove-studded oranges.
