About This Competition

We kick off 2026 with a special new year competition with 3 bottles to be won. 2026 is the year of the Fire Horse according to the Chinese Lunar Calendar and its certainly shaping up to be a year of adventure & opportunity. Tamdhu continues their annual tradition of Chinese new year bottle but this time they are only releasing 300 bottles for the UK market. Its the perfect prize for those of you celebrating something special this year – not too precious for you to open, yet rare enough to give you that “I’m drinking something special” feeling.

There’s also 2 bottles of Tomatin’s first ever Chinese new year release to be won. Matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry butts, this limited edition  is restricted to just 817 bottles worldwide. A lighter, fruitier spirit than Tamdhu, this 14 year old whisky has that extra special touch of being individually numbered bottles.
