Well, it was only a matter of time until we featured the Big M, so here it is – A Macallan Gold Gift Set with 2 crystal glasses.

The Gold was the first of 4 releases which made up the 1824 series. The Series celebrates The Macallan’s commitment to 100% natural colour as a potential replacement to age statements entirely. The Macallan has extensive stocks of sherry matured whisky, allowing them to consistently create s specific color and flavor profile just by vatting casks without the use of artificial coloring. The Gold is a vatting of first and second refill sherry casks, both from American and European Oak casks.

Discontinued in 2018, this series was the precursor to the current Double Cask range & is highly collectible. As with all things Macallan, these releases are extremely investable and perfectly suited for those starting out building their collections.
