Glasgow 10 yr Sauternes

About This Competition

This is only the second 10 year old release ever from Glasgow Distillery. Bottled as a Royal Mile Whiskies exclusive single cask, it made its grand debut at this year’s festival a couple of weeks back. Only 340 bottles released.

Glasgow 1770 10 Year Old Sauternes Cask Matured is a single cask, unpeated single malt fully matured in a refill French Sauternes sweet wine barrique and bottled at 53% ABV. It’s described as “a fruity, delicate whisky with notes of poached pear, salted caramel, honey, and tropical fruit, with a hint of cinnamon spice.”
