About This Competition

The Glenmorangie Private Edition series, released annually between 2009 and 2019, consisted of ten limited-edition whiskies known for their experimental cask finishes and production methods. The winner of this competition can choose between 3 of these:

Tùsail (2015): This 6th edition was crafted from a special heritage barley variety known as Maris Otter.

Milsean (2016): This 7th edition was extra-matured in re-toasted red wine casks, creating a uniquely sweet flavor profile.

Allta (2019): The 19th & final edition was made using a wild yeast, Saccharomyces diaemath, discovered on barley growing near the distillery.
