A unique offering from the Isle of Skye, this Talisker 16 Year Old Cask Strength has been bottled exclusively for Hedonism Wines.  Aged for 15 years in an American Hogshead, followed by 1 year sherry puncheon. Each sip reveals the influences of its coastal surroundings, with pronounced notes of sea salt, black pepper, and a medicinal quality from the peat smoke. Limited to just 198 bottles, this expression captures the essence of Talisker in its purest form.
