About This Competition

Longrow, the double distilled, heavily peated (50-55ppm) single malt from Springbank distillery in Campbeltown; has been a staple part of Springbank’s production since the 1990s.  2001 saw the first release of a 10 year old with a vintage. You can distinguish this series with the classic brown paper Longrow label. One annual release between 2001 to 2006 …..that was it!  Needless to say the whisky world has changed a fair amount since then & the demand for Longrow has increased. This is the 1993 vintage released in 2003. Made from 100% ex bourbon barrels.
